Great service, selected a booking time, but then received a message that they had someone available nearby and they came 15 minutes later!!Very reasonably priced too!!!Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent service from Matt at The Battery Guys, Joondalup.One of his techs replaced flat battery in my car in the morning. Unbeknownst to me, the memory settings for the steering column, seats, clock etc were cancelled when the old battery died. They had to be re-set after the new battery was installed and I didn't know how to do this.I thought I had an auto-electrics problem. I called Matt, who came out after he finished work in the shop - at around 6:00pm! Matt immediately diagnosed the problem and re-set everything.I have used the Battery Guys before. We though we had a problem with our battery after a year spoke to Matt and he willingly came out after work and helped us sort out our problem which was not the battery and did not charge. Would highly recommend such good service by the Battery guys Joondalup and thank you Matt for coming out

Called at 4.30pm and hoped for a new battery the next day - battery delivered, installed and old battery disposed of before 5.30pm the same afternoon. Wasi delivered professional and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Excellent pricing and service. The serviceman provided install as well as testing alternator charge and resetting clocks and power windows. All this done for less than the cost of the battery at repco or supercheap.
