This shop always delivers quality advice and service for me. They'll happily check any device or battery I bring before charging me a dollar. Most recent was advice about batteries for my smoke alarms. Their 9v was perfect, a better fit than the manufacturers recommendation, and half the price.

Friday avo i really didn't expect a new car battery fitted there and then, to a modern car that I'd accepted was beyond my skills; with good humour and a very fair price. Absolutely recommend, I'll be getting these guys to take a look at my solar as well.

Had some strange happenings with the battery draining rapidly, the team at battery world (Special mention to Noddy) placed a loan battery in my car while trying to work out the issue. The battery was covered under warranty and replaced with no issues. Still a mystery why the battery drained rapidly, back to the manufacturer to work out. Have been using Battery world for several years and am extremely happy with battery worlds service and products. Thanks for the help Team.

Absolute pleasure dealing with this branch. Bought a car battery online and the young crew were all eager to help. But when the older man (guessing the franchise owner) came out he made the whole experience pleasurable. Fixed the battery in and sent me on my way happy. Highly recommended.

If it turns out your battery is a dud, and only just lasts past the warranty period, don’t expect Battery World O’Connor to recognise they have any responsibility. That has been my experience today. (200Ah deep cycle battery on a boat with an excellent power management system - nothing that would contribute to the battery failing).

I was referred by a mate to take my Jetski to battery world for a battery test. As I use the Jetski for tow-in surfing it’s essential the machine is working at its best.Noel was super helpful and as an avid surfer, knew my expectations. He was very helpful in not only making a selection for best purpose but also installing the battery… all without any fuss on a public holiday!Epic service mate thanks heaps!
