Great help at a senior moment when I dropped my phone in my Commodore engine bay. Nothing to do with batteries, but staff helped at once with a flexible torch and more nimble joints than mine to retrieve it. Five star service!

You can't find battery shops like this in Europe. This shop in particular was well stocked, ample space inside and with amazing customer service that my 5 year old daughter approved of! Well done!

The store I usually go to charges $10 for watch battery replacements. Joondalup charges $10 to replace battery plus cost of battery

We came to this battery world after getting on the road for a big trip and realized our dual battery system was not working properly. Jordan and his partner Rhett were very helpful. They were thorough with trouble shooting and helped us get back on the road. They saved our trip! Thank you! The prices were fair and they were professional.

Can’t remember the young fellas name, but the guy who served me today, Jordan, you guys are super helpful and they give you options. Which is great in what is probably a fairly cutthroat business. Excellent service. Came in today with a car battery that just wasn't sounding right. Battery tested and then eventually wrestled out from a really difficult position (Volvo) and replaced. Very professional and friendly service.

I ordered same delivery at 3pm then read the cut off was at 1pm. 20 mins later get a call and a driver was at my door 20 mins later.Best service I have had in years!!!!
